As VCT Stage 1 comes to a close, T1 is bolstering its roster by announcing the addition of a former Overwatch MVP and World Champion to its roster.
He is one of a long list of esportsmen to have made the switch from the „old“ FPS scene to the new Valorant scene.
Former San Francisco Shock DPS on Overwatch, Seonchang „ANS“ Lee, has just signed with T1. He had announced his (second) retirement earlier this year for medical reasons. The Valorant team thus adds a world champion to its roster, a 6th competitor visibly planned to play with the first team, who will meet up with a fellow South Korean, Spyder, for Stage 2 of the Valorant Champions Tour.

After the recently concluded Stage 1 (won by Ascend in Europe), T1 did not qualify for the Masters in NA, failing in the first round of Challengers 3. No doubt the Korean-American team will be counting on their new recruit for the start of Stage 2 in April.
